Why We Exist

Dry Kings Restoration was built to be that team for Novato and the surrounding North Bay. We handle water damage, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and the full rebuild that follows, so a homeowner isn't left coordinating between four different companies while their house sits damaged.
What We Do
Our work covers the full arc of a property loss. How We Work With Insurance
Most of the jobs we take on involve an insurance claim. We document our work thoroughly — photos, moisture readings, scope notes — so that documentation is ready when your adjuster asks for it, and we coordinate directly with your insurance company where that's useful to you. We're not your insurer and we can't guarantee what a policy will or won't cover, but we aim to make the claims side of a stressful situation as straightforward as we can.
